Goods delivery
We provide you with safe, fast and reliable ordering services, so that you can buy your favorite products with peace of mind.
1. Store pickup
When ordering goods from the online store, you can choose the "store pick-up" method.
The payer must pick up the goods in person, please bring along the "Pickup Notice" and present the credit card or ATM card for verification when picking up the goods.
2. Strict packaging and delivery procedures
We provide sealed packaging to ensure that no third party touches the goods during transportation. To protect the interests of our customers, we or the delivery service provider on our behalf may also require the recipient to present identification documents (ID card, home return permit, passport, driver's license, etc.) to ensure that the goods are properly delivered to the recipient. All recipients' personal information will be kept in the Company's e-commerce department and will only be used to verify receipt.
3. Authorize others to pick up the goods
In order to protect your rights and interests, please pick it up at designated stores. If you need to authorize someone to pick up the goods, the authorized representative of the consignee is required to present the following documents at the time of pickup:
(1) authorization letter (please apply to us by email before picking up the goods, we will provide it by email within one working day)
(2) a copy of the consignee's photo identification document;
(3) A copy of the credit or ATM card for payment;
(4) Notification of pick-up of goods; and
(5) identification documents of the authorized representative
If the above documents are not provided, the Company reserves the right to refuse to collect the goods on behalf of the consignee's authorized representative.
4. Goods processing and delivery time
This website closes orders at 9 a.m. on each working day, and payment confirmation and delivery arrangements will be made within three working days.
Customers who pick up through the store will generally receive a shipping notification email within 20 working days.
Due to individual payments and the use of online vouchers, the processing time of payment confirmation and disbursement arrangements may be adjusted.
